Chez 1895
Sherlock Holmes, the consulting executive chef, storms through the kitchen like Gordon Ramsay with a magnifying glass, loudly deducing exactly which idiot overcooked the scallops and why it reveals a deeper moral failing due to an over-reliance on a terrible sauce because of childhood trauma.
He's got more Michelin stars than pairs of shoes.
John Watson used to be a line cook at a burger bar. Sherlock knew he had more potential and made him head chef at Chez 1895.
Now, he calmly fixes everything Sherlock insults, keeps the entire kitchen staff from quitting, and somehow still gets the food out on time while rolling his eyes and muttering, “Yes, chef… brilliant deduction, chef.” And he loves it.
Also starring:
Mycroft owns the restaurant, frequently demanding Sherlock change the menu or use different ingredients (which Sherlock ignores)
Lestrade as a slightly stressed out front of house manager
Sally is the sommelier
I'd like Molly to be a bartender master mixologist.
Mrs. Hudson is a beloved patron of the restaurant, she's always there and she loves the food
Jim is definitely a food critic who's got it in for Sherlock's restaurants.
I don't know why, but come on, Anderson is the dish washer.
