more vague ramblings about my writing
To those of you who liked my "fake dating" Swarla Au ... you'll be pleased to know that I've got 3 chapters written.
Not sure how long it'll be. Of course, that's not new. I write and it tells me when it's done.
For those of you awaiting my next Brittana fic: Stolen Soulmates. I *thought* it was almost finished, until it decided it wasn't almost finished and threw several spanners in the works (see above re: the story tells me when it's done). Chapter 46 is in progress. I had thought that would be the penultimate chapter but it's looking more like there's at least 10 left. This damn thing was supposed to be done in March. It's August.
There's a second Swarla AU in the queue - Sins of a Ghost. That one is sitting quietly while my brain tries to figure out how I want to write it. I'm leaning toward a lot of time skips. But we'll see.
Dream Thieves & Guardians - the final (?) Brittana story in my canon-ish/canon-adjacent world is actually shaping up. I've got the plot points and I've been working on cobbling my Gleecember prompts together into a cohesive whole. That's proving to be a bit of a challenge.
Yup. That's what I've been doing. Four WiPs ... I used to be absolutely rigid in working on one at a time. That has gone by the wayside and I work with whichever muse decides to come out and play.
Okay, I'm done rambling now. Just one of those posts where I simply needed to organize what the hell I'm doing so I can keep track of it.
