#nonsensical arguments

An actual argument that an anti-choicer is making in my messages (I’m paraphrasing, slightly): 

Having sex is a luxury only rich people can afford. Poor people seeking publicly-funded birth control/contraception is like me going to the French Riviera and expecting others to pay for it.

Anti-choicers are something else.

Can someone please explain this line of reasoning to me, because every time I hear arguments like this, I always think of time travel. 

How can my reaction to a thing be the reason why the thing exists in the first place? Which came first: the reaction or the thing?

the thing that weirds me out is a lot of the anti-misha/deancas brigade try to use "he's an asshole who queerbaits" as an argument for why he's a jerk or whatevs. but the anti-misha/deancas brigade is also the group of the fandom that has absolutely NO INVESTMENT/actively doesn't want bi!dean, canon destiel, or really ANY queer representation on the show. so like?? what the hell dudes.

Yeah … I don’t really understand that either.

If that’s what you believe, wouldn’t you be happy that (supposedly) Misha and the show were queerbaiting? Wouldn’t that be like the best “fuck you” to all the shippers? Something that would raise our hopes and then dash them repeatedly?

Really people … if you want to master the ways of twisted, sadistic hate … you should really figure out what the best means of torture are.

But, the fact that your arguments are so weak and contradictory are endlessly amusing to me, so then again … don’t.
