Barring obvious differences between real world legal systems and fantasy ones, do you think someone could request to have their inheritance changed by the person they inherit from through the use of magic like speak with dead?
Like... Could I just go into my grandfather's crypt with a notary and a cleric, have the cleric cast speak with dead, and then request to have my grandfather change his will? Like, assuming he would upon hearing certain information. The spirit of the creature doesn't really return, but the judgement does. The corpse would answer as I it hadn't died. But would that have any viable authority?
