SoulCalibur II HD Online
I have finally bought SoulCalibur II HD Online from the PlayStation Store (4 years late, I know), and boy, how it reminded me of my teenage years. SoulCalibur II was my first SoulCalibur game. It also changed my impression towards 3D fighting games, forever.
SoulCalibur II HD Online brought almost everything from the original game with added features such as HD remastered of the character models and levels (Thank you, Captain Obvious!), the capability to play against other opponents via the PlayStation Network or the XBOX Live, and also two guest characters that were previously exclusive to specific platforms (Tekken’s Heihachi Mishima for the PlayStation 2 and Todd McFarlane’s Spawn for the XBOX).

Little did I realized, I have already played non-stop for a few hours, completing a number of characters’ endings...
Destined Battles can be considered as the character’s sub-boss level, in which each characters have different opponents to fight against. For instance, in Ivy’s Arcade Mode, she’ll be pitted against her evil, undead, pirate dad in her Destined Battle.
In Weapon Master mode, we’ll travel across continents in the SoulCalibur II’s world to collect golds and experience points to unlock cool weapons (that can change our characters’ fighting stats), additional costumes and also bonus gallery contents. The weapons unlocked can be used in Weapon Master and also in the Extra Arcade mode.
