I woke up this morning deciding to watch Fairy Tail again. I would always start with the first 48 episodes on Netflix, BUT NETFLIX IS TAKING IT OFF ON THE 31ST!!! WHYYYYYYY??!!!! I want to cry. I didn’t think that Netflix would have the audacity to do such a thing, it never crossed my mind until just then.

Y’know what?! I take back what I said about being excited to see Sharon as a villain, took me a hot second to realize that “wait...they butchered up her character!” (I’m a stupid kid okay? I need older people to help me understand shit, I’m slow af) Marvel butchered up her character, like they did to Wanda. (Plus making Jane, Darcy and Sharon herself almost non existent in the MCU, cancelling Peggy Carter’s show, killing off Nat and Gamora, and making Mantis weak, white washing Wanda and removing her Jewish heritage [and Pietro’s too] among other things.) Seriously, when will we have women who are NOT going to be butchered up? Women who I can trust that their character will not be butchered up? (Seriously I feel like I can only trust in Monica Rambeau, Nakia, Okoye, Shuri, Ayo and other female characters from not getting THEIR character butchered up but I’m still nervous...)

Like, I’m glad we’re getting new Marvel content but the MCU tried to pull an “Agatha All Along” with Sharon and it didn’t work ( and tried the same with Ralph Bohner, which failed also.) Seriously I just want to be able to love a female character and make sure she’s safe from any shitty writers who want to butcher up her character. I take back what I said. Y’know what, 🖕MCU. Fuck you.
