So I think I dealt with my first derealization thing today. I usually start with a stack of noopept, caffeine, l-theanine, choline, St John’s, and fish oil. For caffeine today I switched in some redline, a caffy bevvy I like that also has a bunch of fun in it. I’m guessing that extra “fun” reacted with the noopept. I started taking in a meeting today and reality kinda just…. Well I almost want to say it was like tunnel vision but not visually, only mentally/emotionally??? But even that doesn’t quite describe what I fell into. It also wasn’t dissociation. I’ve fallen into that numerous times and while it was similar in a way, it definitely wasn’t the same.

Took a few hours to come up, but thankfully it was a day of entirely meetings that I could opt out of speaking.
