Damn Nopixelblr got me grieving for a character I had never even heard of until now. Just goes to show how alive TJ felt as a character, and how engaged and immersed these viewers are.

There’s so many “main characters” that it can feel suffocating. There’s larger viewerships and smaller viewerships; some maybe not being noticed as they should be, some feeling overwhelmed by how many eyes are on them.

And yet, regardless of all this, each of these characters are surrounded by loving communities that feel for the characters. They laugh and poke fun and cry and grit their teeth. They grow attached and fall in love with these characters that the players put so much heart into.

Comparisons be damned. Art will always have an audience.
