As I was digging my car out this morning and cursing under my breath, an elderly neighbor was whistling and shoveling his driveway. I was like really, whistling, happy about this crap?!?? So after he finished he came by and said hello and told me “Aren’t God and Mother Nature amazing? And how blessed are we that we are alive and healthy and are able to shovel and clean off our cars. That’s why I was whistling and as long as I can do things for myself I will live happy. Then he said, have an amazing day!! #lessonlearned #nopointincomplaining #blessed #luckytobealive
