Knot at Cley Contemporary ‘Connectivity’

Norfolk Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre, Cley Marshes

My connection with the Norfolk Coast began as a child and continues today through bird watching. The installation of soft sculpture birds overlooks Cley Marshes, known to all bird watchers.

I contacted bird watchers through social media, asking them to donate a notebook page that signifies their connection to birds and place. Their hand written notes and sketches are hand stitched onto the flock of fabric waders.

Proceeds from the sale of these birds will be shared between BirdLife and the NWT.
