LIES AND SLANDER you bet your life I want to answer about Serini.   

How I FEEEEEL about this character:  Serini is yet another of those characters where it's so hard to put into words how much I love her.  First of all, she's tied only with David Rhys as my favorite OC ever, and is a masterpiece of a character through and through.  I love that she's thoroughly and unabashedly flawed, but deeply sympathetic at the same time and someone you can really feel for.  I love her bluntness, her loyalty, her inability to use a coffee machine, everything.  She's proof of how a character can be downright amazing without needing to be complicated, and her straightforwardness just adds to her appeal.  It's a good thing she isn't real, though, or she'd kill me for all the times I've poked fun at her >_>

All the people I ship romantically with this character:  ....EVERYONE.  Okay, okay, maybe just David and Matthew.  And to a very tiny extent, maybe Ordhan in the AU.  I've rambled earlier about her and David, but despite just starting as a crackship Matthew and Serini are my favorite ship of forever and ever (and that's saying a lot).  They're so opposites but compliment each other so well, and there's so much potential for sweetness and conflict and growth for both of them.  They'd be far from a flawless couple but that's why I love it so much.  Oh yes, and the whole story arc of him trying to earn forgiveness for ruining her life makes it pretty interesting, too >_>   

My non-romantic OTP for this character:   Still David, for reasons given here.  

My unpopular opinion about this character:  Some person isn't as convinced as she should be that Serini is made of pure awesome.  I wonder who this person could be. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:   B-but I want both Serini/David and Serini/Matthew.  Time to invent a universe for each of them!

Ohohohoho <3  No one's going to know what I'm talking about, but OH WELL I will never give up the chance to gush about David.

How I FEEEEEL about this character:  Given that I've talked to certain people for hours upon hours upon hours upon hours about David and still couldn't sum up my feelings on him, it is summary time :|  In short, David is one of my favorite fictional characters ever, and tied for first place for OCs.  He's so tragic and loveable and frightening, full of so many things to admire while being just a hop, skip, and a jump from being a monster.  All his half-truths and clever runarounds are written so well that there are just no words, leaving a character unpredictable and enigmatic while appearing on the outside to be such the average guy that you'd love to be best friends with (unless you're Matthew, lolol).  There's a reason I've read his threads like 500 times.  (Also…hot damn.  Yeah.) 

All the people I ship romantically with this character:  Serini.  I was shipping these two before David was anything more than a background character.  There are few things I love more as far as romances go than ones that start with strong, long-lasting friendships, and David and Serini have a beautiful friendship.  Their acceptance of each other and the lengths they've gone to for each other just get to me.  And I have a weakness for unrequited or unconfessed love--the fact that David's willing to deny his own happiness just at the very chance of ruining her only friendship is the sweetest and most heartbreaking thing ever.  That doesn't keep me from being like this about them, of course:

           If we're including the myriad of AUs we've concocted about this batch of characters, Matthew >_>  *hides*  Oh!  And Cicely.  

My non-romantic OTP for this character:    I like David's friendship with Serini almost as much as I'd like a romance between them, but for this I'm going to say Matthew.  They have so much in common and were basically born to be best friends, but the whims of fate (or, well, the evil writers that control them *cough*) have made them worst enemies.  But that just makes me like the idea of a friendship even more--the slow process of breaking down those misconceptions and building that camaraderie I know they'd have.  

My unpopular opinion about this character:  I...have no clue.  I know what used to be an unpopular opinion but it no longer applies.  

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon:  I-I honestly can't choose between a romance with Serini and a friendship with Matthew.  Help ;_;
