I had a wonderful time at #kindredpresets many many many jewels dropped tonight. A lot of knowledge shared from the elders. Highlights tho is the fabulous and statuesque @alyson511 #alysonwilliams I wish I had bought my records for her to sign but maybe next time. Also seeing @ledisi up close! And watching her scat!! Legendary! And speaking of legends one of my idols was in the house #NormonConnors I wish I had a moment with him! Almost 40 years ago, I remember being quite bored backstage. I heard this song over and over again during practice and shows. Had no idea I'd miss Him one day and I was surrounded by legends.
