scary realizing, horror of horrors, that she has a crush on normal, and she makes it his problem

she glares daggers at him constantly, which freaks him out bc he thinks she's mad at him and he doesnt know why. she gives him the silent treatment and he doesnt know what's going on. she leaves notes in his locker that read more like cease and desist letters, but they're so vague that he thinks its a threat. maybe she even starts biting him and he's SO confused

then one day, seemingly out of the blue to normal, scary holds his hand down the hallway at school and takes over half of his locker. she shares whatever little debbie dessert terry packed in her lunch with him, she walks with him to every class, and she kisses him on the cheek

normal is now more terrified than ever but he thinks his wife might be his girlfriend now??? should he ask or should he just ride this high as far as he can???
