The Selection Series Alphabet: R is for The Rebels. In Illéa, there are two kind of rebels: The Northern and the Southern. The Northern rebels are the most pacific ones, even if they do attacks on the palace to steal books or another things. They actually support the monarchy, especially Maxon, and really like America. Their symbol is the North Star and is seen many times during the series. The Southern rebels are violent and lethal. They want to take down the monarchy. They only attack one or two times per year but kill people every time. In the One, their attack killed the King and the Queen, Celeste, and Anne, but they killed before Lacey Luca, the sister of Natalie.
