Okay so I was watching some space videos and I noticed that there is a LOT of comments that are very… weird to say the least.
As in those very conspiracy theory-esque ones, as well as people wondering why spend so much money on exploring space.
And I realise I get really offended? Like in the “How dare you act like you know everything when all you’re basing your knowledge off of is just badly done videos and a book, when there are many, MANY experiments and reports and more.” Like… it’s weirdly funny since I’m here like “Silly human! You are shutting yourself out of an absolutely amazing branch of knowledge just because you want to believe the most foolish things…”
I kind of pity them… they don’t want to acknowledge how incredible our universe is…
