Doctor: okay, so you’re celiac

Me: no, I can’t have yeast

Doctor: so you’ve come off gluten, got it!

Me: no, not gluten, yeast, you know, the raising agent often found in bread

Doctor: Bread?...... so I’ll just write that wheat is out of the picture then

Me: oh for crying out..... YEAST!

seeing if my gut can handle rye flour, pray for me
