idk if this is as funny to anyone else as it is to me but that post i reblogged earlier reminded me: this one time i was like 90% regressed to age 13ish and i was texting a friend. and the 10% of me that was still mentally there and an adult had to go through and remove all the correct capitalization and punctuation before i hit send. bc my prissy precocious pretentious preteen self liked to type everything Perfectly but nowadays all lowercase (except for Emphasis) w slang and random punctuation is My Brand and my friend wouldve noticed Something Was Up and i didnt feel like having that conversation

I always try not to post dumb personal conflicts but I don't know what to do anymore. I have this constant anxious itch in my chest and occasionally at least once a day it'll crawl up and out of me and turn into self destruction and an inability to think clearly. Sometimes, maybe once a week, it manifests itself into hours and hours of shaking and crying. It started last night and caused me to loose quite a bit of sleep. It also caused me to wake up early before my boyfriend and I don't have much to say besides it was 4 straight hours of him yelling at me yelling and crying and shaking He said it was making our relationship unhealthy. It's true but the last thing I needed to hear. I took 2 showers today and I still sweat straight through my shirt. It's constant and I don't know what to do anymore.
