What if Buck doesn't tell Eddie that he's bi before Eddie runs into Buck and Tommy on a date and therefore it turns out awkward or something happens (coughcoughmarisolcoughcough)

Which later leads to that scene in Bucks loft where Eddie reassures him that he doesn't have to hide anything about himself, and that's when Buck has the *oh* moment
