So, you've wrote about Venti and Zhongli confronting Childe about Diluc, (Baby Diluc and the Archons AU), but what about Ei??

Ya see. I see Ei as not understanding all the hubbub about baby Diluc until little Diluc just grabbed her finger or her hair and just made some baby sounds at her. Her heart was absolutely captured then. And as the god of eternity, Diluc will always be that sweet child to her. No matter how big he gets. And honestly, she loves her nephew more and more as he grows bigger because he is still that kind, sweet boy. She's probably even brought Yae Miko to meetings and had her stay in her little fox form the whole time so she could play with Diluc.

NOW CHILDE.

Diluc bringing Childe to Inazuma. He's a little prepared for Diluc's "Dear Aunty" to be an Archon or something. Cause after having met Venit and Zhongli Childe's thinking, "I've been through the worst of Diluc's family."

Here is the thing, all Shogunate probably have been taught to recognize Diluc as he is considered the nephew of the Shogun. So well, being a foreigner, he's generally treated very well. And instantly allowed anywhere he pleases. And he's allowed to see the Shogun immediately if he requests. SO HE JUST CAUSALLY WALKS CHILDE THROUGH THE PALACE WITH GUARDS BOWING TO HIM AND LEADS HIM THE THE SHOGUN'S THRONE. And Diluc just smiles and waves.

"Hello, Radian Shogun. Can we see Aunty Ei?"

AND SHE PULLS OUT THE BOOBA SWORD, AND SUDDENLY THEY ARE SOME FUCKING WEAR, AND IS THAT THE SAME LADY NOW HUGGING AND PETTING DILUC??

Childe is lost, confused, and more than a little scared as Diluc introduces him to "Aunty Ei," Who apparently is the boob sword? Eventually, Ei wants to talk to Childe alone, and Diluc is suddenly gone. And Childe is alone with this lady in who knows where.

She just walks up to Childe, sword in her hands.

"If you do anything to break or hurt my dearest Diluc. You will never be allowed the eternal rest."

Childe just nods and is just thinking, "This has to be it, right? This is the weirdest Diluc's family can get"

The answer is no, it's not.
