//Hi, admin here. I've been thinking for a while that Phoenix's design was kinda underwhelming? Then I got tagged in a post saying that the blue wasn't convincing them, and yeah, fair enough. I kept the blue for the sleeves and boots because screw it, but I decided to change her look a bit!

So, I decided to make Phoenix look a bit more regal? Maybe not that much, but just something in line with the rival Peer Gynt being a jester type character who speaks in Victorian English, or the Japanese equivalent of it. Also, Umamusume are girls, and while there's nothing wrong with a masculine Uma, I just figured Phoenix looked too much like a dude. So. Uh. Yeah
