So....it is a silly/humor fic. It is about Academy era. Jim has just joined starfleet academy arrives too late to the campus (of course!) and all the dorm rooms are gone. So he has to bunk outside the campus as a paying guest. The only remaining vacancy is an apartment with three Vulcans - Spock (our usual stoic clueless boi, also enrolled in the Academcy), Stonn (a sweetheart, a bit himbo, architect student out of Academy), and Sybok (sauvé older brother, the only one earning, lol).

So Jim starts renting. And it is about the shenanigans of these three clueless Vulcans, all developing a crush on him, all of them attempting to woo Jim in their own way and figuring out how to live with an emotional human....

and of course Spock is the most confused of them all.

Time Slip Ichimannen Time Rose features, for no reason whatsoever, a character who looks eerily familiar. In fairness, though, the entire film makes not a lick of sense, in that regard he fits right in.

It’s like they’re expecting me to kick off just because I’ve had a couple of dry sherries. It’s racism, is what it is. Racism.”

“We do enjoy a drink, I admit that.” said Alun Evans, leaning against the bar of the Swan Inn, Rhyl. “But only real ales, mind. Something with a nice finish.”

“And not too malty.” added his younger brother, Gethyn. 

“That letter is incredibly offensive.” said their father, Bryn Evans, slamming his pint of Brains bitter down onto the bar. “Louise seems to be dealing entirely in offensive stereotypes.”

“Ten shots of Aftershock and eight energon breezers, barman.” said a clearly drunk Optimus Prime in a Wetherspoons in Birmingham. “No, I’m fine to drive myself home. These L plates are just for my stag night. Anyone fancy some chips and cheese?”
