on my irl persona in the green you can see the glasses panes pixelated cus I'm still [The Youngest Person, Ever!] so cannot see Baggs clearly. Uto, however, is an unc and therefore can, although his magical immunity basically nullifies the effect (maybe? More on that later, once i get my hands on Baggs Lore.) Ink is as old as time but he's unaffected by Baggs anyway (pretty sure Baggs' magic operates on the soul.)
