On Friday, August 16, Citi Bike unveiled it’s 1000th station in #thebronx with a bike ride in #southbronx to Word of Life Christian Fellowship located on Union Ave. There, staff members from @citibike @bronxworks @thebronxtourism @nyc_dot @transportationalternatives @healthfirstny and @wolbronx spoke on welcoming the #bikeshare to The Bronx, #not62 campaign and continuous need for bike awareness and protected bike lanes.
