If you want something you never had, you gotta do something you never did. When I got on the scale back on May 17 and my body fat was 29% I was like: OH HELLZZZZ NO! It's all fun and games until reality hits! HA I've been working hard but it wasn't cutting it. I had to take it to another level, my friend challenged me to eat clean for 7 days! I was like it's on! I didn't like the fact that she said: cut out TACOS 🌮 out of your life for just 7 days... 😳😱😩😭☹️😔🙈💩 but I was like: ok just 7 days Nadia!!! I noticed results in just those 7 days, so I decided to keep going... it's now been 36 days WITHOUT TACOS Y'ALL!!! And these are the results! 🤗 I've had lettuce wrap tacos instead. So yay I won't die! LOL Body fat is now 23% YAY, not where my goal is but at least I'm on my way! I have also cut out some carbs, rice, chips 😭😩 and desserts. Second week was the hardest.
