I have been in an angst reading mood and its bled into my writing, making it difficult to write the fluff needed for the parts of Attendant 3 i'm working on... so I pulled up some notes on “I want to feel your wreckage” three part series (inspired by "Periscope" - Papa Roach) that has been sitting on my flashdrive since may 2022. I might work on this alongside it... idk

Here are some notes:

Theo and Liam circle the drain that is their non-existent love lives, drawn together by the push and pull of unspoken feelings. Theo is hesitant to try, after all he's done, and all he has now gained through hard work with the pack, and his friendship with Liam- the angry little beta who takes up residence in Theo's stolen heart, who, if Theo thought he had any right he would love with every breath remaining in his body. But Liam is made for so much more than what Theo can offer, and even though he can see the spark of something when Liam looks at him too long, too intensely, Theo knows he can never allow it to happen. Liam is the warm rays of summer sunshine, the kind that heats your skin at first touch and keeps you comfortable and happy. Theo is the bitter sharp howling winds in a winter storm that pelts you with sleet and freezing rain, numbing you entirely and reminding you to seek shelter. No matter how much magnetism is pulling them close, Theo will not let Liam touch the dumpster fire that is his life.

And from the third part:

(1 ½ years ago)

"Who is your friend?" Cora asks while kneeling down to ruffle the fluffy neck fur of the tawny-brown coated wolf. She incorrectly assumes he is not a shifter after he does not return human when Derek did. She presses a kiss between the wolf's eyes and smiles as its long tongue lolls out and it shuffles close to nudge her with its wet snout. "He's gorgeous."

Derek snorts as he pulls on a pair of sweats, "that is Liam. He is also Scott's first bitten." Cora stops petting to stare incredulously at her brother as if the idea was insane. "Scott bit someone?" Her gaze then darts back to the wolf who pushes against her with a soft growl, clearly awaiting more petting. With a critical eye, Cora obliges and gives its flank long strokes. When the wolf wags its tail and leans in more she cracks a tiny smile. "If this- if Liam- can shift, then why is he still a wolf? Is he stuck or something?"

Derek's expression turns stormy, "or something."

I love it when you get 20 notifications from the same person and it's like "Oh someone discovered my blog. Welcome. Please continue to enjoy the scenery."

Logging in to find a random doodle I’ve made has gotten over 200 notes is kinda wild.

Last time it happened was with that little comic with Sonic, Kirby, Jigglypuff and Ditto, and that one wasn’t even colored.

I try not to make it too obvious that I’m browsing someone’s tumblr like I’m wandering someone’s awesome portfolio and freaking out over how good it is… but I’m pretty sure it’s obvious.

I almost always note spam a friend's blog every night (in case you didn't notice). It's all out of fun, and it warms my heart to get texts from them about how they gain followers from doing it bc I'm that unpopular kid that tries sitting at your lunch table and gets blocked out. I enjoy other people's happiness
