I had ex-colleague who donate blood for a hobby, he is like a soybean sprout though. BTW my blood type is O, and I don't have exper

I used to often see Red Cross asking for donors are Yokohama station. I always kind of wanted to go, but I feared I wouldn't understand enough Japanese and maybe wouldn't even be allowed to donate abroad.

I've heard O is considered a good blood type in Japan. :D I had a teacher who taught me Japanese and she liked horoscopes and stuff.

I admire you if you give stem cell. Bone marrow aspiration scares me.

It scares me, too.  ╥﹏╥ Even though it's not dangerous and apparently not very painful. Still, I'm really considering it. It could save someone's life if I got picked as a donor. :)

GUYS GUYS GUYS LOOK!!!

Yumiko sent me this. She's so nice, I cannot.

She made me a DVD of that strange looking puppet Sherlock Holmes that aired in Japan some time ago. I'm not sure if my TV or computer can play it because of the country codes and things, but I really hope it'll work. It looks very interesting..!

And that magazine! It came out as a total surprise. It's gonna take me the entire summer to read those Sherlock articles 'cause that's how slow I am at reading Japanese, but with my trusty electric dictionary I think I can do it.

And those Yotsuba notes..! I love Yotsuba. She's adorable and the manga is very easy to understand even if your Japanese level is not so good (like me). I even have a few volumes. :) It's really funny, too.
