5: Who was your favorite teacher in high school and why?I never properly went to upper secondary school and I didn't have any favourites at the vocational school I went to... But I did go to a high school in Japan for a year and my home room teacher was the funniest, loveliest person there is. Out of all the teachers I've ever had, I think I've liked him the most. :D

Internet: sadly, just internet. Or internetti and netti for short. I think tietoverkko and verkko technically mean the internet, but like...as in when you're talking about internet as a network, not as a media..? Not sure.

I know this isn't exactly translating a word, but do you have any proverbs/sayings in Finland that would be interesting to share? i.e. like the English saying "Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst". Thank you! ^^

Well, you could say the exact same thing: pelkää pahinta ja toivo parasta (be scared of the worst and hope for the best) or varaudu pahimpaan ja toivo parasta (prepare for the worst and hope for the best). Or the other way around. I don’t know, it sounds more natural to me in this order, but others may disagree. :D

I quite like this one: hullu paljon työtä tekee, viisas pääsee vähemmällä.
