Noe is inspired by Japanese Yokai (specifically the female ones (ie. Kuchisake-Onna, etc.) as well as that classic creepy Noh Mask)
She's very sweet, though she can also be unintentionally creepy lol
I sketched all of the game location shots for her, as well as the character selects from both Monster Prom and Monster Camp! And I'll be posting three other "Playable Character" OCs as well!
Noe's main outfit is a puffy-sleeved trenchcoat, and her Auditorium costume is a Yurei~
She loves animals, but they tend to get frightened of her aura; So it's always nice when she finds a dumb one with no self-preservation lol
