After months of soul-searching and dealing with many personal issues I came to a decision. I am stepping away from active blogging with my Simblr. I started this Simblr here prior to the Tumblr tittie ban in 2015 and then transferred it to this URL shortly after that. I have had a few hiatuses and some breaks, but now I think it is time to say goodbye to the daily process of playing, screenshotting, editing and posting.
My personal life has quite a bit going on with elderly parents that are depending on me more and more, every day. Other family issues that are taking a toll on me emotionally and just the fact that I am getting older and my mind is not a keen as it used to be. (Yeah I am that old, 61 in July) And to be honest this is not as fun as it used to be.
I am not completely leaving. I will remain here and will continue to read all of your posts, and maybe even comment from time to time, and yes, even post something when I feel like it. Just no more long extensive stories, Legacies or probably not any more Gay Bachelor Challenges at this time .
I had a project that in the works, that I have asked my best friend Marc at @gingerbeardmansim if he would like to take on, and he is contemplating that now and if so he will share with you that over on his page. So, go follow him. He is a great guy and becoming quite an amazing Sims creator and Simblr. PLEASE go say hello and follow him.
It has been fun, and quite enjoyable as well as therapeutic and I have met an amazing group of friends while on this little journey here, some that have become personal friends and will continue to be. Thank you for your support over these past 5 1/2 years!
