One stable boss, that's all I'm asking for is one. In the six years I've live in Chicago I have yet to have a stable work environment led by a rational human. I nannied for a cocaine addiction, worked three years under two different yet equally incompetent and spiteful maniacs, and have now survive two years with the most irrational, manic depressive, violent, and manipulative woman. She is at her peak breaking point and I have the option of continuing to trudge my way through her life or drop her. And I mean physically stand up, lift her from her feet, bring her to ground so fast we might time travel back a moment and do it again. This is going to be a rough fucking day. Don't make this any worse people. Get out and vote. I don't need a president who is more unstable than my boss. Exercise your right to help our nation. #imwithher

I spent the majority of my day defending my boy scout mentality. People just don’t understand that I’m trained to prepare as'l much as can and to find ways to do things more efficiently. To them it’s silly and unnecessary but to me it’s a life saver. I like stress but when everything is out of place it throws me off. I do respect that you have worked here for 12 +plus yrs but that’s your way and it does not work for me. I’m one person and not 3 people doing the same job and helping people. I am compensating for that. Just leave me alone and let me either fail or excel. Trust me I got this
