Worked 11 hours today. Don’t ask. I was up and down but honestly sitting that long stinks. My knees hurt. My butt hurts. Yeah from sitting. I have less padding than I used to. I have a *lot* less padding. In fact, I was in the frozen food and started shivering. ❄️ Anywho, I added a new (to me) exercise - Bicycle Abs. Also, upped the reps on the Tricep Extension. Still working toward Getting Michelle Obama’s arms 😎 Here is what I did today ~ Three sets of: 120 Flutter Kicks (3# Ankle Weights) 120 Scissor Kicks (3# Ankle Weights) 30 Bicycle Abs (3# Ankle Weights) 30 Knee to Chest (3# Ankle Weights) 75 second Plank 15 Hammers (10# weights) 15 Curls (10# weights) 15 Side Lateral Raises (5# weights) 15 Tricep Extension (5# weights) Still reading?
