hey everyone, I'm asking for a suggestion?

In the last two years I've started getting really grossed out by my hands even after cleaning them..

Like just now I wiped and scrubbed the toilet and took a shower, shampoo, body wash (washing my hands off n everything) but my hands still feel gross?

I feel like if I don't get it under control it could escalate. My skin (hands) already rip pretty easily but idk, feels like chemicals are still on me.
