My dear friend Mariah today did the kindest gesture for me, as I am preparing to begin my Endo journey again next week with starting chemo again for the second time this year. One of her friends is driving his car in a demolition derby, and as a tradition of painting the numbers on his car, he allowed this beautiful friend of mine to dedicate the hood of it to whatever she wanted, and she chose me and my struggle with this disease, so that others can smash the hell out of it like I have tried so hard and for so long to do. Mariah, this is a truly beautiful sentiment. I love you so much, and I love and appreciate what your kindness has done for me.
