Feeling sluggish

Sleeping pill after affects. Gonna try to make these next three days as easy as possible. I am not the victim. I am the victorious one. It feels good to say that. I’m trying my best to let it go. But for some reason every year around this time its in the forefront of my mind. It’s not like I sit here and think anything is my fault. Cuz its not. But I just can’t get these images out of my mind. And the night terrors are the worst part. That feeling of having no one being there to save me. Reliving every second. This year I wont let this overcome me. I will be happy as much as humanly possible. I will smile and I will not let this bring me down.
