Trans is the opposite of cis. Cis gender; you identify with the gender you were assigned at birth. Transgender; you DO NOT identify with the gender you were assigned at birth.

May I ask why you don't like Karezi? I have no problem with it (I love criticism of media) I'm just curious as to why you personally don't like it or disagree with it.

I don’t hate it at all, I just think that given their situations they aren’t right for each other. I used to side ship it a lot, but then there was that whole mess with Dave and after him there was her highly abusive kismesissitude with Gamzee. I still love Terezi with all my heart, but I think she just needs some alone time before she’s shipped with anyone. She’s insecure about a lot of things right now. I’ve noticed a lot of people using Karezi as a fallback/emotional cushion ship for the both of them, so I guess that’s what bugs me the most about it. It’s fine to ship them together, just please don’t paint them as emotionally dependent on each other as a loss of what else to do. They both care a lot about each other, that’s more than obvious, but she needs time to herself and Karkat certainly does too.

They’re both insecure teenagers who’ve made mistakes in the past. She hurt Karkat a lot when she and Gamzee were “sneaking” around behind his back even though he knew the whole time
