TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE: As it turns out, ATL did not accuse BVH of r*pe in the phone call, otherwise she would have submitted it. ATL snipped out the phone call recording to be 13 minutes long and claimed she only omitted 5 minutes from the full phone call. For ATLs protection, i am not going to release the information that she deliberately redacted. BVH submitted the full 94 minute log of the same phone call. This is not the only time ATL tampered with evidence.
ATL then says BVH is the one who is “gaslighting” her (?????? Interesting) and says “if you get kicked out of medical school because of it, then that’s your fault, not mine.”
THE BRUISES on her broken ankle were 2 weeks old - the colour proved that it wouldn’t have been from Oct 20.
THE WITNESSES did not witness the incident, but witnessed what ATL told them. They did what they truly believed was the right thing to do at the time & that’s OK.
THE TEXTS she has from that night saying that she was r*ped were never submitted, so she has yet to prove that they exist.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT: It’s true that victims can have sex with their abusers after being assaulted. BVH knows this; this was a poor choice of words on his part. ATL only withdrew consent 1 week later on October 27th (as shown) when she realized BVH may never get back in relationship with her.
No drugs or alcohol were involved on the night of October 20.
