anyways meet nova!!! I already wrote down a BUNCH of information on my drawing of her, but she also has problems with the pressure the crossroads “royal” court is placing on her, as well as having no friends because as a kid she just. didn’t willingly talk to anyone outside of her family (and crystal)

(also in this au despite being married and having a kid, sword and rocket dont live in the same house due to rocket not wanting to be a royal. i also think they’d be more queerplatonic here…. Ya)

swocket fankid doodle… her name is nova (gear is the nova wand) and shes 23

in this universe, sword won the phighting tournament and is currently ruling crossroads alongside rocket!! they got married and spawned nova in like. lost temple maybe

they’re obviously not a traditional royal family and take a more democratic approach, and nova doesn’t like public appearances much because the last time she did one she dropped a giant pair of scissors on her foot by the handle, screamed “FUCK” and unintentionally punched an innocent civilian. also medkit (now crystal, shes transgear) is the advisor and acts as an aunt to nova, having babysat her when her parents were too busy hence why shes a lot like pre-rewrite medkit LOL
