OKAY im done being all depressed and negative, despite this time of the year being the worst for me personally im actually really really looking forward to a new year where my main focus is art again.

This is going to be the year i focus on my ocs and original projects & hopefully will have something cool to show for it by next year!!

Hey Chooms, um I have some news!

I finally have time to continue with my story. I knoooow it’s been a long time. I bet you forgot where we stopped? No? Yes? Either way here is a quick link to the lastest posts. I think that should serve as a mind refresher. 

Gian & Thane had their hot steamy night. For now they will go their separate ways, don’t worry we will see them again. 

You may remember that Hara and Cloude did attack Kazura Unlimited? Yeah, upcoming post is about Kazura and here you see Akira. Give me a bit time, I’m workin on it right now and I will post it as soon I’m done. I’m not going to bed before I post this. I promise!  😆 😅

Changing some shit and hope you will love it. I will also answer an ask I still have in my inbox, stay tuned. We are ready to rock my cyberpunk world.

to the few people that actually care im gonna be kinda soft-resetting my blog, im going to soft-block anyone following me and unfollowing alot of ppl. idk iv just become uncomfortable with posting my own stuff on here but i dont want to delete years worth of my own art/tags/ other blog stuff and i want to take a social media break in general. just wanted ppl to know its nothing personal and wanted to give a heads up before i do bc i dont want to risk anybody being worried

almost done with the challenge, proud of myself for keeping up somehow..

im itching to animate this whole thing tomorrow & get back to drawing my character refs, because wyrm is the only one with a proper design & the others only exist in my brain atm. I feel a bit silly talking about them with no reference to show for context.

but yeah despite having a rough week im excited for my art journey to continue in 2026..

quitting for almost 2 years was the worst decision ever and im happy to be back making stuff again (not the quitting social media part though, im still happy to mostly be doing that)

Art dump for my oc Reese! She's one of the many eidolons (gods) in my project, and a best friend to wyrm!

The gods in my story are meant to be reflections of artists & creative people in our world, breathing life into their universe in the same way a team of artists would for their work!

Wyrm is the ultimate creator of their universe, and focuses on worldbuilding, lore, etc, kinda like an art director. The other gods have more niche purposes. Reese is into sculpting, tabletop & dnd and she's responsible for the creation of a race of clay golems. She has a workshop in a huge gothic castle where she sculps them out of clay! Avery is a performer who created a whole magic system for the world, and frequently overworks himself to keep it running all by himself (i'll talk more about him in another post)

Reese is like the peacekeeper of the eidolons as well. They are the one planning the monthly meetings, checking up with others and trying to make sure everyone gets along. Super friendly, but not a pushover. Just very empathetic, caring and sometimes overbearing.

She is always the one to quietly & intently listen when wyrm goes off on a rant about her ideas lol.

i've had this one sitting unfinished for like a month.. decided to post it since ive moved on and probably wont ever finish it

Soo a lot of the work is front heavy if that makes sense, ive been doing a lot of testing with the scrapbooky style but i cant do too much until I actually 1. have the characters designed (which ive done for the main trio now yay!!) and 2. actually crochet them irl which ive been procrastinating because yarn is expensive.. at least with the amount of disposible income i have (which is negative amounts).

So currently ive been doing the free option which is just draw them a lot, and writing a lot. Once i have the dolls made and a workflow established, it's just posing them, editing together the comics and it'll be so much easier/quicker. But getting to that point has been slow and tbh its frustrating as hell, but theres not much i can do. We'll get there eventually.

also making amigurumi patterns takes ages lmao. I designed the characters with this in mind & have lots of experience making patterns but i still expect it to take months.

it'll be so worth it though!! it's going to have a really unique look if all goes to plan.

Huhu Chooms, I will be back today with new posts. Had no time, felt a bit ill, was also hanging out a bit too much on Insta (😂😅), met new peeps, and had a bunch of private things to do and also enjoying my free time this week and next week. Did a city trip and stuff. 

Need to catch up with my fav fellow simblrs here 😍. At least I will have stuff to read. So I will also post today another edit of my boys at the Lost Souls Concert. I think I will do today two or three posts even. Had a ton of inspiration for my upcoming chapters - so it was worth it to be away, trust me. 😏

OMG  😌 😍

Look at them 🥺 I got my save back😭. I can enter it again! I had no clue.

Yesterday I tried to get in and my hopes were very low. Gian went for a cheese sandwich and Thane told him a story i think? Gian did enjoy his story obviously. They could kiss and hug each other and everything went smooth again. I’m super happy.

To be honest I was super frustrated. I truly believed that I lost this work and I was honestly fighting against my urge to toss it, as it was so much work to set up this save. 

Originally I was working on this save for almost a year and to work on it again made me feel so unhappy and draining.😖

Regardless it does work again. Maybe we will have today a new story-post? I will give my best to post it - that would be so amazing. But if I can’t make it happen today - you can bet your ass that the story will continue for sure tomorrow.  😁

PS:  The save error fix came with the patch on 4th of october. So I’m so darn happy. Somehow  missed this.
