Just edited one full chapter of my novel and I am delighted because this chapter has EVERYTHING.

We got:

A sleepover

An extremely cliche scene with character A being shirtless and character B being flustered

A secret bathroom talk

A spider being yeeted out the window

Video games

Ice cream

Gay pining

X-box kinect sports (is that even still a thing? you know what, I don't care, it is in my novel)

More gay pining

Inappropriate jokes

Vampire fangs (smol edition)

and

My characters playing detectives

BONUS: Weird math and biology jokes throughout

Listen. I know this isn’t exactly how it went down.

I also know Ace would be too dense to connect the dots of familiarity that fast.

I also know that Deuce and Sabo are very different in a lot of ways.

But c’mon. The similarities are glaring upon first describing them.

(PS Deu is thinking “I gotta go find a stick about this” in that last panel. Lmao he was not gentle at first. Love him for it tho.)

Finished reading the first Ace novel and my god, the way Deuce talking about Ace is so gay that if someone told me this’s a DeuAce fanfiction I would totally believe it

things i’d love for a filler arc or movie for one piece: Novel A (ace’s story), not like bochi’s manga adaptation of it (cause story differs in parts in it) but the novel itself.  probs would work better as a movie tho since it’d center around ace 3-4 years prior to the start of one piece, rather than luffy
