I kind of feel the same way too but sitting down and making the words isn’t something that my brain has wanted to do for longer than I’m comfortable with.

I haven’t given up and do hope to continue their story because I still have stories to tell about the past present and future.

Hey there! Quick question. In your Nowish universe, do you have like a general idea of how pp2 looks like for our girls? In canon there is a lot of fighting for bechloe and no real interaction for staubrey. I would love to hear your thoughts on how they would navigate these canon circumstances with the nowish universe 🙏🏼

I unfortunately can’t say much as I’m still working them out in my head. They’ve been together for several years so I’ve gotta come up with an at least quasi plausible reason Beca doesn’t tell her. Which I think I have? But I don’t have the retreat fight down yet lol. The only true fighting we see is there, other than the tension during the skills assessment, so I don’t think I’m going to need to play it super angsty with constant sniping between them.

Once I finish with a few oneshots I’m going to be diving into PP2 and will be making up all sorts of Staubrey things between the canon stuff so they can interact much earlier than the retreat.

Technically I have 2 chapters of the PP2 rewrite done but Gears took over everything. And then I started the first chapter of a post Middle multichap where the other 3-4 chapters will be slowly written between other things as each “chapter” is really it’s own oneshot.

And since I’m rambling about things I’m writing... I wanted to have A Nowish Valentine done before Friday but it didn’t pan out in time, so that’s a back burner to also be worked on for other things.

And yes. I will also be writing a version of PP3 but honestly I have no idea what I’m going to be picking and choosing to use out of that one.

While bechloe is still my ultimate duo, your foursome of these ladies is impossible to beat. It has completely ruined any triple treble for me because I just want all 4 together in your universe and it feels like something is missing when they aren’t together. I have told you before, but I’ll tell you again (and as often as you like) that your universe is in a tier all it’s own. It is my favorite and I love it! Amazing work always and I will never not crave more. My most re-read story ever!💞💕

I still appreciate a good Triple Treble but the bar is pretty high because of all the bullshit in my head for all of them. Hmm, I probably need to go read any new ones that have come out in the... almost year I apparently haven’t been reading much fic at all.
