Trust NPC | Marius Septim

- [ Selection ]: “Primo Victoria!”

- [ Job ]: Knight (Tank Role, Oath of the Heavenly Storm)

- [ Weapons ]: Longsword & Lightning aspected aether

- [ AI Behavior ]:

Trust is achieved at level 80 in any DOW & DOM classes.  Quick to engage and keep his foes directed towards himself, Marius allows his allies to remain focused! Should he lose enmity, Marius will provoke with a flash of red lightning to his target, encompassing his foe and spreading to others to ensure his enmity over all foes.

In the case of targeted spells and effects that require the coordination of all party members, Marius will cast corresponding defensive abilities in response to the power of the move. Empyrean Bulwark being his first major defensive cool-down which encompasses the party in a shimmering lightning aspected that reduces damage. In the case of nigh calamitous abilities, Marius will invoke his oath and cast Celestial Aegis!

Should a party member fall to critical health, they will be targeted by Marius’ protective abilities and healed with Storm’s Grace.

[avwalya]

Trust NPC : Avwalya

Selection: “ I shall assist in thine endeavors ”

Job: Beast Hunter

Weapons: Lance , Hand Crossbow, Dagger

AI Behavior: Avwalya will work best as short ranged DPS with her lance and her hand-crossbow. She will quickly get up in the midst of her foes with a quick shot of her ranged weapon then jump in the fray  at lances length from herself. Once she`s finished her rotation she`ll jump out with a firing of her ranged weapon.

She will mostly dodge aoes and will quickly move to share the blow of a stack marker with a party member.

She will leave the Limit break to the other party members unless the enemy is under 15% health, then she will move to finish it off with said Limit Break.

Trust NPC | Raiden Takanashi

Selection: “In the name of all I hold dear.”

Job: Shinobi (Ninja)

Weapons: Yukimitsu (Far Eastern Short swords), Ninjutsu

AI Behavior: As a melee DPS, Raiden would naturally be up close with his abilities. Though not to say that he does not have any that he could use from a distance. In fact, that is pretty much how he would prefer to plan out his attacks. He starts out with Huton in order to give himself a minor speed boost in his attacks.

Raiden’s usual plan of action as far as single-targets go, is to usually start out with his ninjutsu Suiton followed by Meisui. (Or Suiton followed by Trick Attack whenever bosses are concerned) Then would then follow up with placing a DoT effect upon the enemy and continue to wear them down with his main combo as well as several ninjutsu to keep them at bay. (Raiton, Fuma Shuriken, Hyosho Ranryu) And if need be, his was cast Bunshin to summon a shadow clone of himself. Then finishes with either Assassinate or Bhavacakra.

As far as mobs of enemies are concerned, he will wait for the tank to gain all of the aggro before casting Doton all around them. He would then wear them all down with his AoE combo(Death Blossom -> Hakke Mujinsatsu) while weaving in some more ninjutsu attack whenever possible (Katon, Goka Mekkyaku, Hellfrog Medium) And if need be, he will cast Bunshin, summoning a shadow clone to help add on to the damage he currently deals at that moment.

Mechanics wise, he does his best to follow through correctly, thought there will be times where he may make a mishap in his attempt. Though that is usually when experiencing them for the first time. He is fairly quick with learning and rarely would it ever happen again. As far as stacks are involved, he will quickly move towards the party member that has the stack marker, or moves towards the party if he has the stack marker.

Trust NPC: Anchor Saltborn

Selection: 

"Ya has the coin for this, then?” - Variation 1

“Let’s be on with it.” - Variation 2

“Just be careful, will ya?” - If Nabi Kharlu is selected after Anchor

Selection AI Behavior: If Nabi is selected before Anchor, he will immediately join the roster as DPS. If all DPS slots are filled, one of the existing two will be bumped off and replaced (prioritizing dropping the one of lower item level). Following this, it is not possible to deselect Anchor until Nabi Kharlu is removed from the party.

“Eyes on the other, aye?” - Upon replacing DPS slot Variation 1

“As if I’d trust this lot tae keep ya outta trouble.” - Variation 2.

Job: Mercenary/Pirate (Samurai)

Weapons: Katana

AI Behavior: Anchor is an incredibly aggressive DPS (leave no CD left unused!). If the tank takes too long to proceed within the Duty, he will continue on without the rest of the party, even initiate in pulling mobs regardless of his HP. 

Anchor favors single target DPS, but will prioritize AOE DPS once the mob count reaches 4+. 

While he will readily dodge telegraphs and damaging mechanics, he tends not to care where he places the ones targeted on him, regardless if another member of his party is there. 

Anchor loses HP% based on how many [Limit Break] bars are expended, giving the party-wide accumulated damage expended a 2x potency boost. 1 bar = 33% of HP, 2 = 66%, 3 = 100% --will KO immediate after use. 

Alternate AI Behavior (in party with Nabi Kharlu): While Anchor remains being aggressive when in combat, Anchor tends to stick around Nabi throughout the dungeon, never out of range for aoe or single target heals. 

Anchor gives far more consideration where to drop target aoe pools or mechanics targeted on him--keeping them properly away from the healer in question, though tends to still be careless in regards to others. 

When any mobs aggro on the healer (Nabi), he will break away from his current target to prioritize on the aggroed target instead. He will immediately cover any stack mechanic placed on her. 

If Nabi is ever KO’d during duty, Anchor will use whatever bars available filled in Limit Break and then tunnel vision DPS onto targets until Nabi’s revival. He will not actively dodge any telegraphed aoes, mechanics, etc during this time. 

Battle Lines:

“What a bother.” - Combat initiated Variation 1

“Jus’ stay outta my way!” - Combat initiated Variation 2

“No you don’t!” - When Nabi gets aggro from mob. 

“Waste o' time.” - Gets last hit on target Variation 1

/scoffs - Gets last hit on target Variation 2

Limit Break:

“You asked for this!” - Using Limit Break 1

“Burns. It burns!” - Using Limit Break 2

/gurgling 5 minute DBZ scream of bloody murder - Using Limit Break 3

During LBs, instead of using his weapon, Anchor taps into his corrupted aether and expels it into the target. /Inserts really neat description here about what that would look like. Shit happens. It’s bad ass. Yeah. (Believe it!)

KO’d:

“Shite... I can’t...” - Variation 1

"Not like this... No!” - Variation 2

Revived:

“Guess I be owin’ ya one.” 

“Don’t say a bloody word on it.” - If revived by Phoenix Down.

“Don’t over do it.” - If revived by Nabi Kharlu.

Trust NPC: Nanaho Naho

Selection: “I-I’ll do my best!!”

Job: "Mage Noir” - black mage in another language... because this looks cool according to her (Magical DPS)

Weapons: Scepter

AI Behaviour: She usually does not move at all unless an AOE arrives. In which case, she will move at the very last moment, even if this means stopping her magic spell, by teleporting to an ally with Aetherial Manipulation (and then re-teleporting to her ley lines if she can). But this does not mean she can avoid all AOEs! Like Alisaie, she uses LB as soon as possible on bosses and runs when there is a need to hurry.

She may stop to write/draw in her notebook if there is some lore information or to see the landscape (even during a battle).

If Y’shtola is there, Nanaho may talk a lot with her about lore stuff.

Yosei Ittetsu - Trust NPC - Tank

Selection: “Good to see, you too, are an individual of class..”

Job: Gunbreaker (Tank) AI Behavior: Yosei is a bit on the more reckless side. Reactions may be on the slower side, but usually will get out of aoes just before the cast time is finished. When mobs do need to be moved, the movements are great. No slacking off with moving two feet out of an aoe, you have to meet ten yards. Despite the reckless and inexperienced manners, he often will make sure that the healer is ready before pulling anything. An extra eye is always dedicated to mana, however, dps are on their own. Cooldowns are like his bread and butter, even if there is no big damage going out, he will pop them. He will always try to negotiate boss surrender first, by paying them off.

“No time for hesitation! I will be your shield, just blow them up!” Assisting Ally
