Sending threats isn't okay and I don't condone it but that doesn't prove their point. Someone having npd doesn't make them a shitty person, being a shitty person makes them a shitty person

people really don’t know shit about npd they hear the name and just think “manipulative abuser” like guys... it’s a disorder... it literally negatively impacts your life and functioning... no disorder makes you inherently abusive... listen to ppl with npd about what it is and what it’s like and maybe you’ll calm down

literally anyone can hurt others but people love to marginalize npd and aspd. they don't even understand why we have the symptoms we do and just want to feel morally superior. we are mentally ill just like anyone else and our symptoms hurt us more than it harms anyone else, just like any other mentally ill person. mentally ill people will end up hurting others with their symptoms and people who aren't mentally ill will too. stop believing this fantasy the media and abusive psychiatrists like to make up about us as if we're monsters who just seek people to hurt. we're just people living our lives, we're good friends, good partners, we're that person you're always glad to talk to, we are random people you see at college trying not to fail. this dehumanization of people with aspd and npd is so gross.

You can't determine whether or not something impairs someone else's life. Only you can determine what impairs your own life alongside a medical professional who works with helping you are able to do that. You don't get determine if something is "bad enough" for someone else. Life isn't a competition about who has it the worst. A problem is a problem, regardless of how big or small it may seem to you. This also applies for things unrelated to mental illness as well
