Previous brilliant blue eyes dulled into a milky gaze shifted over the surroundings. A horde of undead shambled to nowhere. Groans echoed between the houses built for the perfect nuclear family, now as abandoned and dead as the bodies that roamed around them.

One zombie stood out from the rest; tall with a streak of blue in his hair, he stumbled off the streets and toward the forest. 

"What's my name again? Something...Like...Br...Brandon? Bernard? Be...B..." he thought to himself.
