"We live in an age of the final confrontation with Christianity. It is the mission of the Schutzstaffel to provide the German people, over the next half century, with the NON-CHRISTIAN, indigenous ideological foundations for conducting and shaping their lives.

This task cannot be accomplished solely by overcoming the ideological opponent, but must be accompanied step by step by a positive advance: that is, here by the development of the Germanic heritage, understood in the most comprehensive and broadest sense. Moved by this insight, the Schutzstaffel has always strove to free the Germanic heritage from all historical misinterpretations and to develop the archetype of the ancestors unspoiled and undistorted.

Prehistory, history, and research into folklore and customs were therefore areas of immeasurable importance to it.

Thus, for the first time, the Schutzstaffel is approaching Germanic culture not merely out of historical interest, in order to conduct historical research, but with a purely ideological will to awaken the worldview of the PRE-CHRISTIAN ANCESTORS as a guide for their own existence."

Another shot of the alcove at the inn at Sterneckerbräu where the NSDAP held their earliest meetings. Previous shots show paper decorations and a portrait of the Führer, but you can now see that the area has received an "upgrade", replacing the simple decorations with a beautifully hand painted Parteiadler and inscription reading:
