I'm very tired. I have a few thoughts... Firstly, I'm so happy to be part of such a wonderful community of people who all care as deeply as I do about supporting families. The teams behind making the Exhibition happen worked so hard, asking for nothing in return but to be part of something that can change lives. I'm proud to work alongside them. Secondly I'm so happy to be part of an industry that is keen to be the best it can for the people they serve: the libraries, consultants and peer supporters, admin staff, advocates, teachers, trainers and educators. They deserve our thanks for their tireless dedication that isn't about glory, but about the greater good. Carrying and holding children matters. Thirdly I was so happy that the NSE went as well as it did and that all the businesses who came had a good time. Their willingness to support the event allowed it to remain free to support the greatest number of people. Thank you all! My only regret: that I didn't manage to see so many of the people who came for any length of time many of whom are my friends; I hope you'll forgive me for that!
