Are Fast Online Degrees From Accredited College Worth It?
Accelerated online degrees offer many benefits to students who do not feel comfortable leaving their homes in the midst of COVID-19 or have a full time job.
Flexibility
For people who have a career and are looking to go back to school, it may be a daunting commitment to balance a full-time job with going to school full-time. With an online degree, you can work around your own schedule and complete work at home or even at your job if permitted.
Comfort
In stressful times, working from home can offer a sense of relief to students because of the familiarity. Some students can be intimidated by large class sizes, but being completely online reduces that stress.
Lower Tuition
When attending a four-year university, there are many added fees such as room and board, meal plans, parking, facilities costs and more. However, most online universities will only charge limited tuition costs and any additional cost for textbooks and materials.

Yall I just got a letter from a thing called the NSHSS? Does anyone know what that is or smth I looked it up but keep getting split views on whether its worth joining-
Thinking about the time in high school I was naive enough to think NSHSS was the same thing as NHS, National Honor Society, and actually paying money for that. I think NSHSS is a real organization, but I literally died when I found out that it was not even closely related to NHS. I think I asked my parents for like 75 bucks for that BS when I literally could have just done a google search to see the difference.
Oh well!
I checked my email at school today and got this…
I stared at it for almost 5-10 minutes before opening it and my mouth literally went dry and my mouth was open.
And there’s 2 scholarships that I think are right up my alley.
Should I do it? I don’t know if I should I’m so nervous, but the awards are $2,000 but there’s only three awards given (each 2k) for the two things I want to do.
Should I do it? I don’t know what I’d be getting into but I love the sound of the competition.
