Genevievé (right) is a vampire from the 1800s and she’s also a pianist.
Gretchen (left) is an ordinary walmart cashier who has been infected by the zombie virus
In 2020 an unknown virus that makes you aggressive and violent even after you’re dead (yah a zombie virus) is spreading like crazy. Being a vampire, this virus is also a bad news for Genevievé since she can’t drink any dead man’s blood. Unpure blood is toxic for vamps.
During a massive zombie attack in the city, Gretchen is one of the people that got bitten. If you have been infected by the virus, you basically have 48 hours left to live, then you’ll turn into an aggressive flesh eating zombie.
Gretchen ran away as far as she could from the city and stopped to cry in a small alley way, where she met Genevievé. Who happened to pass by. Genevievé saw her as an easy target, so she tried to attack her but it turns out she has the smell of a dead man’s blood.
After some long talks and discussions Gretchen who was scared then opened up about all the things she could’ve done, she’s not ready to die. Listening to her stories touched Genevievé’s heart, so she helped her fulfill all of her wishes before 48 hours, to fill those remaining hours with all the happiness and joy Gretchen deserves
