Plushie Masterlist
Presenting my flashiest project yet, Buggy the Clown from One Piece! He was made as a gift for my dear friend @mrsstarclown , who is an AMAZING author and an equally amazing friend! Star was one of my main inspirations to read and start writing Buggy-related fanfics, so it only felt natural to make him as a special gift! I unfortunately don’t have a video of his assembly, but know that all of my love for Buggy went into making him as adorable and perfect as possible! If I make another, I’ll make sure to record the process and attach it here! Below are Buggy’s concept sketches, illustrated by myself and using a modified version of Piyopicco’s base and doll pattern. (Please support them on YouTube!!) I also have some pics of the embroidery process for his face!
Overall, I feel like Buggy came out even cuter and more charming than the sketch! I simplified some things here and there and no project is without its flaws (he also came out a bit more pale than I would have liked), but I am infinitely happy with how he came out! I can confidently say that he was one of my best, most ambitious, and favorite projects ever, and since his birthday was yesterday I felt it appropriate to post about him!
