Send me a ship and I’ll give you my (brutally) honest opinion on it 

JeanmarcoOh I really liked this ship for maybe a year. But Marco was dead and so my interest died after a while too. I usually just enjoyed the content (and still do occasionally) without having any own headcanons or a real opinion on it. I was more of a passive shipper, I guess. It’s amazing how big that fandom was (I remember it was once the second biggest snk ship and still is?) and how it stayed active for several years after Marco died. There was no new content to feed on and yet the shippers kept going. I am still surprised about it. Maybe it’s because I’ve been only a passive shipper back then, but when I look at it now, the ship seemed kinda shallow to me. Due to the reason that there was no character development for Marco anymore, since y’know he’s dead. I wish the same would have happened to eruri too… sadly it wasn’t the case. I know some people are still going, but many also left. Erwin’s death didn’t make us stronger, and I really wish some of the enthusiasm of the jeanmarco fandom would have rubbed on us.
