I've noticed a lot of people missing out on some of Simon’s features when it comes to bloodymary. I completely understand if you have not seen Iron Lung, so I have things that may help if needed!!
Below will be some references and notes to help anyone out who may need it!! None of this is meant to come off as rude, I just want to help people out who have not had the opportunity to watch it.

First off, here's a milanote moodboard for Simon's outfit in the film! Since we do not have a digital release yet, it is pieced together from BTS photos and resources of the costume people have found on amazon or other sites.
His clothes are pretty destroyed by the end of the movie, but it might help anyways. I think the most important part is the knife sheath his mother gave him :]
Here is a collage from Anna, someone who worked on Iron Lung!! It shows the gradual change of Simon's appearance through the movie.
The tattoo of Eden's symbol, burned off by the C.O.I. (Coalition of Iron), on the left side of his neck just below his ear!!

Now for the arm!! Due to the massive amounts of radiation Simon was exposed to, his tissue had softened and made his body prone to easily falling apart.
I've seen some people interpret that the bone is sticking out since it's not near a joint. (In one of my own fic wips I have a little tidbit where armando amputates the rest of it up to his shoulder, so the snapped bone doesn't cause any discomfort.)
TLDR: His arm got stuck and he tried to tear it free, but ended up ripping nearly the whole thing off.
EDIT: Regarding the arm!! Here's reference to the prop itself. It's shown on the model they used that the bone snapped along with it.

I also have a bunch of notes on the movie and game, both taken on my own and from the fandom website. (It's still a work in progress, but hopefully it helps anyone who needs it!)
That's pretty much it!! Feel free to reblog and add any notes or images that may help others. I may come back to this to add more, so keep an eye on it! 🙂↕️
~5 oz coconut yogurt (one of those little self serving things)
1/4 cup of pineapple juice Or 5oz pineapple yogurt
Blue raspberry lemonade Kool Aid pouch
Pinch of kosher salt
4 egg yolks (no egg whites)
Mix that stuff together, bake for 325-350°F (~165-175°C) for ~20 minutes, no more than 25. Sometimes I bake for 25 because my toaster oven sucks. Pie should be firm at the edge but still a little wiggly at the center.
Let cool (up to 1 hour), then stick in fridge. Ideally overnight but bare minimum is 4 hours.
Sometimes a key lime pie leaks if it was a little over/underbaked or not set in the fridge long enough. This is pretty normal and it can be hard to hit that sweet spot the first time if you've never made one.
NOTES on substitutions etc:
- If condensed milk is too much sugar for you, you can replace it with Greek yogurt, but it will have a much more sour taste so you might need to add your own sweetener (you can taste test the filling BEFORE you add eggs. Just keep in mind the sharpness of the limes mellows out after baking)
- If you're allergic to eggs, you can replace the yolks with one of those tiny packets of unflavored gelatin. Just prepare the gelatin + water on the stove like you usually would before mixing it in (the eggs are to give the pie more structure. Also be warned unflavored gelatin will dilute the taste more. Do not use more than 1 packet of unflavored gelatin it does Not feel good.)
- If you don't use eggs, then you don't have to bake the pie, however baking it really brings out the flavor properly so I often do this even when I don't use eggs.
i find it hilarious that hoyo characters apparently care about their appearance SO MUCH that having fancy underclothes is just the norm. im fully convinced the men wear lingerie under all those layers too atp. applies more to hi3, genshin, n' hsr but my point stands for zzz too
